Understated abstract art print with two large rounded forms — cream and near-black — overlapping against a warm rose ground, each outlined with a thin inner contour line and finished with a fine grainy texture throughout. Ships unframed on archival paper, ready to frame light or keep minimal. A good fit for a bedroom, reading nook, or entryway that wants some visual weight without anything loud.

Field Notes

From Maritime Forms — a series that draws its shapes from the Northern California coast. This piece from the quieter side of harbor geometry: the interior space of a vessel, a hold or chamber reduced to silhouette, the kind of form that only makes sense in relation to what surrounds it. Two shapes that define each other by contrast.

One of the more restrained pieces in Maritime Forms — which makes it versatile. Works as an affordable abstract poster in spaces that already have a lot going on, or as part of a calmer two- or three-piece arrangement alongside No. 01 or No. 05. The cream-and-rose palette travels well across warm-neutral interiors.

Paper Quality

Same 250gsm archival matte paper used in our framed editions. Natural white, uncoated, acid-free surface rated to resist yellowing over time. Archival pigment inks rated for 100+ years of color stability. Ships flat or in a protective tube depending on size.
