Returns & Refund Policy
Our Guarantee At Merritt Lane, we want you to be completely satisfied with your art. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to our Napa studio within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unframed (if applicable), unmarked, and in its original packaging, or opened and undamaged.

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Condition: Items must be returned in sellable condition.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
For damaged items, we offer a free replacement. Please email conor@merrittlane.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged print/frame.

Photos of the damaged packaging.
We will send a replacement free of charge immediately. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Original Paintings: Original works by Conor McCammon are final sale due to the unique nature of the inventory.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at conor@merrittlane.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
