Production & Handling At Merritt Lane, we do not warehouse mass-produced inventory. To ensure museum-grade quality, every Studio Edition print is made to order.

Production Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for your art to be printed, quality-checked, and packed before it leaves our facility.
Estimated Delivery Estimates Once your order passes production, it is handed off to our carrier partners.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days in transit.

Total Time to Door: Most orders arrive 7–10 business days after the order is placed.

USA: We offer flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout based on the size of your order.
Fulfillment Origin While all Merritt Lane works are designed in our Napa Valley studio, we utilize a network of specialized fine-art printing facilities across the United States to produce our archival prints. Your package may originate from one of our partner facilities rather than Napa directly to ensure the fastest delivery.
Tracking Your Order You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update with live data from the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Shipments We insure all shipments against damage. If your tube or box arrives crushed, bent, or damaged:

Take photos of the damaged box AND the print.

International Shipping We currently ship Worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon arrival.
